So I did the first day of chemo and radiation today and it was easy. Glad I got the port-a-cath put in. Made it much easier to get the IV drugs.
Special thanks to the group of folks who met me at the front door cheering me on. That was a surprise to see. Thank you Lori for putting it together.

I sure loved my portacath - well worth the extra trouble at the beginning and end. I'm so glad you've found a great, supportive medical group to help you through this. Now just sit back and let the visualizations begin...go get'em. tiger!
